Return authorization and charges
Returns require special permission and are subject to a deduction of at least 25%. Transportation charges, including freight and cartage, are the customer’s responsibility. Special-order and non-stock items are not returnable. Unopened boxes are subject to a 25% restocking fee; confirm eligibility and the applicable charge with our team.
Why a restocking fee applies
Returns involve pulling and loading equipment, recording and reversing serial numbers, payment processing, inspecting the returned unit and packaging, and preparing replacement equipment. Manufacturer charges and the reduced resale value of opened merchandise can also apply.
Damaged or defective equipment
Damage and defects have separate procedures. Review the damaged-merchandise and defective-merchandise sections of our Terms & Conditions and contact the team promptly. Do not send equipment back without instructions.
